In my work, I create space for thinking differently and doing differently. We help organizations that dare to face discomfort. Like in policing, in education, or in healthcare. But what I really want to sink my teeth into is the asylum issue: contributing to a resilient and humane system that offers both hospitality and clarity, for everyone involved.
I always want to make a difference where it is needed: by creating space for "and/and" rather than "either/or." By connecting worlds. Where we can listen to each other with compassion and without judgment, invent new solutions, and achieve breakthroughs together with our partners, now and for generations to come.
