Challenge
For the De Bannehof residential care center, there was a clear goal: to build a future-proof residential care facility. The challenge was to translate this goal into a concrete vision for the future that was shared and supported by all stakeholders. Where do we want to go, and what does that mean in practice?
Our approach
During a Focus Sprint—an intensive one-day workshop—we brought structure to the issues and refined our shared ambitions. By bringing together different perspectives, we gained clear insights and identified concrete paths to solutions. In this way, we worked step by step toward a shared vision of the future.
Result
