Design Sprint

Do you want to develop a new idea, product, or service without investing time and money in something that wonโ€™t work? In a Design Sprint, you work with a multidisciplinary team over a short period of time to create a tangible prototype that is immediately tested with real users.

What does it look like?

The Design Sprint has a streamlined structure and is completely โ€œtime-boxed.โ€ Over the course of 4โ€“5 days, you follow a set structure in which each step is focused on making progress.

A brief overview of the structure:

  • Understanding the Issue
  • Choosing a Direction
  • Develop a Prototype
  • User Testing

Everything is geared toward moving from idea to proof of concept in a short period of time.

The Role of the Facilitator

The sprint is led by an independent facilitator. The facilitator oversees the process, sets the pace, and guides the team through the various steps and activities. The facilitator directs the sprint and ensures structure and documentation. The content comes from the team itself.

The Promise

No endless discussions or lengthy development cyclesโ€”just a tightly structured, guided process where you quickly learn what works, what doesnโ€™t, and where the biggest opportunities lie. In 4 to 5 days, youโ€™ll bring your ideas to life and back up your decisions with real user insights.

Your result

  • A physical prototype
  • Insights from real users
  • Lower risk of making bad investment decisions
  • Clear Choices for the Next Step
  • Support and focus within the team
