Staff shortages, heavy workloads, increasing diversity, digitization, and new expectations from students and society call for different ways of organizing, collaborating, and learning. At the same time, day-to-day operations are often demanding enough as it is.
At The Next Lab, we help educational organizations make complex issues manageable. Not with plans that end up gathering dust on a shelf, but by designing, experimenting, and building—step by step—solutions that work in practice. In addition, we actively contribute to strengthening the capacity for innovation in education. We provide training and guidance in design thinking, so that students, teachers, and professionals can learn how to tackle complex challenges, experiment, and collaboratively arrive at solutions.
What issues are we addressing?
