What does it look like?
We use a combination of sessions and practical application. Depending on the issue at hand, this may consist of individual sessions or a program spanning multiple sessions. We address the current dynamics within the team and work toward improvement step by step. We combine reflection, concrete methods, and action, so that development doesn’t remain confined to discussions but becomes visible in behavior.
Collaborate and Develop
Throughout this process, we work closely with the team. We create space to take an honest look at how things are going, what could be improved, and what is needed to move forward. In doing so, we guide the team in developing new behaviors and ways of working together.
