For me, the challenge lies in finding the right balance between structure, organization, and personal attention. A successful collaboration requires not only good planning and clear processes, but also a pleasant atmosphere and genuine commitment.

By connecting people and processes and ensuring that others can focus on what they do best. With my background in communications, hospitality, and events, I know how important it is to keep an eye on both the big picture and the details. I like to think ahead, adapt quickly, and make sure practical matters are well taken care of, without losing sight of the human side.
