How do you ensure that themes such as sustainability, innovation and digitalization do not remain stand-alone ambitions, but actually become part of an organization's daily doings? These themes are complex because they usually do not tie in directly with daily operational activities. Future-proof entrepreneurship only really works when strategy and practice intersect. It takes guts to look differently, and focus to really do it - in the middle of the organization's dynamics.
I want to make a difference for organizations that want to get moving, but are still searching for the right approach. I often see that the will and urgency are there, but the translation into concrete steps is lacking. Therein lies my strength: reducing larger ambitions to smaller steps for today.
