What complex issue challenges you?

So many people, so many opinions. Everyone has his or her own interests, norms, values and beliefs. How do we make sure, in a world that is changing so fast and has so much diversity, that we continue to really see people and at the same time keep moving to make change possible? What does that require?

Where do you really want to make a difference?

I really want to make a difference at the intersection of people and change: where innovative ideas need to land and movement is needed. Especially when things get exciting because interests and beliefs clash. So that we as a society may also benefit from all the fantastic ideas and opportunities that make the world a little better.
