Facilitation is more than just working through an agenda. It involves guiding a group to achieve tangible results. This requires structure, effective methods, and the ability to engage and motivate people.

In this training, you will learn the basics of effective facilitation. You will discover how to structure a session, which methods you can use, and how to guide a group toward concrete outcomes.

The training is hands-on: you’ll practice facilitating yourself and receive immediate feedback. That way, you’ll go home not just with theory, but with concrete skills you can put into practice right away.

  • What is facilitation? You’ll learn what facilitation is and how you, as a facilitator, can help achieve results.
  • Creating structure: You’ll learn how to structure a session with a clear beginning, middle, and end.
  • Using teaching methods: You will be introduced to specific teaching methods that you can apply right away.
  • Leading groups: You will learn how to energize, engage, and guide a group toward achieving results.
  • Practice and feedback: You’ll practice facilitating on your own and receive immediate feedback.

By the end of the course, you’ll have practical tips and tools to get started right away as a facilitator.
