In this training session, you’ll learn how to bring structure to a complex issue in just one day. You’ll follow a clear process of understanding, solving, and taking action. This step-by-step approach will help you arrive at a shared direction and concrete actions.

The Focus Sprint is often used at the start of a project, when a project has stalled, or when a team needs to refocus.

  • Part 1: Understanding
    You clearly define the issue and ensure that everyone has the same understanding of the context and the challenge.
  • Part 2: Finding Solutions
    You explore possible solutions and work toward a clear shared direction or objective.
  • Part 3: Taking Action
    You translate decisions into concrete actions, assigning ownership and setting a timeline.

Afterward, you’ll receive practical guidance and tools to help you implement the Focus Sprint on your own.
